Earl Grey

The classic recipe, created by Mary Elizabeth Grey, Countess Grey. The limestone in her aquifer reacted with compounds in the breakfast tea she was serving, making it taste off. Thinking quick to balance the ph, she added the recent import of bergamot fruit, and served it at a popular dinner party... and the rest is history. Excellent hot or iced.
